– Manage ongoing project schedules and deliverables, communicate with clients
– Active hands on problem solving, proposing, execution planning for projects
– Coordinate workload with in-house design team, and secure outsourced talent if necessary
– Meet with potential clients to learn more about their business needs, collect requirements
– Client communication and project management
– Plan and organize new website projects
– Find and allocate resources based on new project needs
– Get hands dirty with implementation setup
– Assist with contracts creation and admin related to project kickoff
– Fluent in English and Chinese
– High EQ, people person, excellent communication skills
– Account and/or project management experience
– Web design experience, branding is a plus!
– Strong familiarity with Webflow and Shopify
– Great planning and organization skills
– Familiar with cloud-based collaborative tools Notion and Slack
